This pivotal role combines industry expertise with strategic collaboration to drive pipeline growth and revenue generation. You will engage with major Manufacturing organizations, acting as a trusted advisor who understands both technical landscapes and operational realities of the shop floor.
You will source and progress untapped opportunities, build executive-level relationships, and deliver targeted SaaS solutions that revolutionize Manufacturing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Sales Growth: Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing, focusing on acquiring new Manufacturing customers.
* Build Strategic Relationships: Build and expand executive relationships in the Manufacturing sector, gaining deep insights into customer operations, compliance needs, and safety goals.
* Discover New Opportunities: Discover and drive new revenue opportunities across Manufacturing verticals through targeted outbound strategies.
* Represent Our Vision: Represent SafetyCulture at Manufacturing trade shows, conferences, and customer events, showcasing our thought leadership.
* Deliver High-Impact Demos: Conduct high-impact demos and create custom proposals that align our platform with the operational challenges of Manufacturing prospects.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to develop account strategy and ensure a world-class onboarding experience.
* Customer Insights: Act as the voice of the Manufacturing customer, providing valuable insights to inform product roadmap and innovation.
* Forecasting and CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene using Salesforce.
About You:
* Proven Track Record: Proven success in SaaS sales, preferably in Manufacturing or operational environments.
* Complex Sales Experience: Experience managing full-cycle sales with large, complex deals, including C-suite engagement and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
