OMINRO AUSTRALIA PTY LTD is an Adelaide based laboratory/medical equipment & consumable distribution company with its parent company established in Sri Lanka. The business is expanding its operations in Australia and is seeking an experienced Management Consultant to establish and develop supplier and client networks and implement effective operational systems locally. The role will also support future expansion plans, including the establishment of a branch office in Norfolk Island.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior professional with strong experience in medical devices business development and international operations.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to
* Develop and implement business and operational strategies for the Australian market
* Initiation of compliances and regulatory framework
* Establish and manage supplier and client relationships across Australia
* Design and implement efficient operational systems and processes
* Support market entry and business expansion initiatives
* Manage relationships with foreign manufacturers and oversee product development activities
* Provide strategic advice on business growth and commercial performance
* Identify new business opportunities including regional expansion into Norfolk Island
* Prepare reports, Business plans and recommendations for senior management
To be successful in this role you will have
* Senior managerial experience within the medical devices or healthcare industry
* Strong experience in business development and supplier management
* Demonstrated experience working with foreign manufacturers and product development
* Qualifications in Business Management or a related field
* Over 10 years of relevant professional experience
* Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
* Willingness and ability to travel including to Norfolk Island
