Logistics Specialist
Company: EHPLabs
Employment Type: Full-Time
We're looking for someone who is ready to take ownership of end-to-end logistics for some of the biggest FMCG brands in Australia and New Zealand As a Logistics Specialist, you'll lead and optimise operations across multiple warehouses and transport networks, working with high-profile customers like Woolworths, Coles, and Amazon. This is your chance to drive operational excellence, solve complex supply chain challenges, and make a real impact in a fast-growing, dynamic FMCG environment.
About the Role:
The Logistics Specialist is responsible for leading and optimising FMCG logistics operations across Australia and New Zealand, with a strong focus on inbound management and local transport of finished goods. The role provides end-to-end operational oversight of customer requirements, warehouse and transport performance, and inventory movements across multiple locations, supporting key customers including Woolworths, Coles, Amazon, and other FMCG and B2B partners. This position plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence, mitigating risk, and enabling scalable growth through disciplined execution, performance management, and continuous improvement in a complex FMCG environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage FMCG (Woolworths, Coles, Amazon, etc) customer operations and warehouse performance across multiple distribution centres, including KPI tracking, service level compliance, and order management.
Coordinate inbound operations across Australian warehouses, ensuring timely, accurate receipt of goods and alignment with customer and warehouse requirements.
Organise and oversee the transfer of goods from local manufacturers to warehouses in Australia and New Zealand, including inter-warehouse movements.
Coordinate transport activities to support multi-RDC operations, ensuring cost-effective and on-time delivery.
Ensure all logistics, inventory, and order transactions in NetSuite are executed accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining data integrity and operational visibility.
Support onboarding of new customers, RDC rollouts, and market expansion initiatives, ensuring operational readiness and smooth go-live execution.
Identify, escalate, and resolve operational issues, delays, and service risks in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
About you:
Proven experience in FMCG logistics or supply chain operations, preferably within multi-site or retailer-driven environments.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, transport coordination, and inventory flows.
Experience working with major retailers or FMCG customers (e.g. Woolworths, Costco, Coles) is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite, with strong attention to data accuracy.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving capability.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a high-growth team.
