National Field & Network Operations Manager
Location: Australia (national travel required)
Package: $130k–$140k base + performance bonus (OTE $200k–$225k)
The Prospect
We’re looking for a National Field & Network Operations Manager to design, launch, and lead our field operations network across Australia. This is a chance to build something from scratch that will set a new industry standard. You’ll be driving the strategy, process, and people that bring our data-driven insights to life on the ground, ensuring our clients get the most consistent, high-quality service in the market.
What You’ll Do
- Build the Network: Establish and manage a distributed team of on-the-ground talent across Australia’s property markets.
- Scale Fast: Stand up hubs in high-volume cities while flexibly resourcing regional markets.
- Run the Engine: Own rostering, scheduling, and logistics so inspections and reports are delivered on time, every time.
- Standardise & Systemise: Develop SOPs, checklists, and QA processes that guarantee national consistency.
- Collaborate to Win: Work hand-in-hand with Research, Acquisitions, and Marketing to activate new markets every quarter.
- Innovate in Downtime: Find creative ways to keep staff productive when inspection volumes are low (e.g., content capture for marketing).
- Leverage Tech: Brief our product and tech teams on tools that streamline and automate operations.
- Drive Results: Report directly into the Head of Acquisitions, ensuring SLAs, speed-to-market, and quality standards are smashed.

- A proven operations or logistics leader, with experience managing field teams or distributed networks.
- Skilled in rostering, scheduling, and resource allocation at scale.
- Comfortable with talent sourcing, hub setup, and building teams from the ground up.
- Obsessed with standardisation and operational excellence.
- A strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional teams.
- Tech-savvy — able to brief and shape systems that improve efficiency.
- Flexible to travel and hands-on enough to roll up your sleeves when needed.
