About the Role
As our Sales Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our operations, providing essential administrative support while also contributing to our sales processes and ensuring efficient stock management. This varied role offers an excellent chance for someone who enjoys a mix of tasks and a flexible work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with general sales inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Supporting stock control processes, including monitoring levels and potentially assisting with inventory management.
- Answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Assisting with the preparation of sales materials and presentations.
- Maintaining customer records and ensuring data integrity.
- Potentially assisting with social media updates and basic marketing tasks.
- Maintaining a clean and organised office environment.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with numbers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
