Your technical know-how and relationship-building skills will ensure our clients receive outstanding support from initial inquiry to installation.What You'll DoDevelop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, specifiers, and resellersProvide expert technical advice on acoustic doors, seals, and compliance standardsPrepare accurate quotes, identify upselling opportunities, and protect marginsManage projects from order to delivery, coordinating with suppliers, freight, and site teams to ensure on-time, within-budget deliveryProactively handle procurement, freight logistics, and supplier performanceSupport resellers and clients, resolving issues swiftly to ensure project successMaintain and report on accurate sales pipelineAbout YouYou will be an enthusiastic and curious Salesperson with a proven technical background and the ability to communicate effectively between clients and technical production teams.
You will have excellent listening skills, a friendly and trustworthy nature, have an eye for detail and be goal-orientated in order to achieve sales targets.
Most importantly, you will be a flexible problem-solver with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.Specifically, you will have:4-5 years+ proven success in technical sales, preferably within acoustic products or engineering and knowledge of acoustic performance standards or building compliancethe ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, translate these into engineering requirements and articulate solutions to all stakeholdersexhibit strong commercial skills in quoting, cost control, and margin managementexperience managing freight, supplier relationships, and client escalationsa Mechanical Engineering Degree or Diploma would be advantageousReady for a new and exciting role?
