About the Role
Managing an established portfolio of clients, you will deliver professional Return to Work and Workplace Safety services designed to meet client needs, support retention, and enhance overall client experience. Some national and regional travel may be required.
Key responsibilities include

* Managing and servicing an existing client portfolio
* Delivering expert return to work and workplace safety services
* Conducting client needs analyses and preparing tailored proposals
* Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
* Coordinating renewals, endorsements, and client reporting
* Supporting growth opportunities across existing and new client relationships
* Ensuring service standards, compliance, and internal procedures are met
* Providing high-level professional support to clients and internal stakeholders
* Contributing to the development and mentoring of safety professionals as the portfolio grows
