Job Summary:

As a technical lead, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud.
\
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and administrators to create efficient and scalable applications that enhance business processes and drive exceptional user experiences.
\

1. Design and develop custom applications, features, and integrations using Salesforce technologies such as Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Apex and Lightning Components.
\
2. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
\
3. Collaborate with other developers to review code, ensure best practices, and maintain code quality standards.
\
4. Manage and deploy changes using Salesforce change sets and/or version control tools, ensuring a controlled and efficient release process.
\
5. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing timely support to users and administrator.
\
\
6. Required skills include proficiency in Salesforce data model, security model, declarative development tools, web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
\
7. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
\
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
