Job Description
* BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS - both internal and external;
* OVERSEE THE COLLECTION OF RENTAL ARREARS PROCESS;
* ASSIST WITH THE DAILY OPERATION OF CENTRE RENT COLLECTIONS;
* CARRY OUT MONTHLY RENT ROLL PROCESS (PROCESS AND ISSUE TENANT INVOICES);
* Raise monthly charges; Maintain databases; Perform account reconciliations; Start of day/end of day procedure with customer service desk Reconciliation and banking of gift card takings Complete petty cash reconciliations The Successful Candidate Prior accounts experience in retail shopping centre environment or similar Good working knowledge of how to manage collect rent from tenants Competent level of computer proficiency with Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint Tertiary qualifications in finance or administration Strong written verbal communication skills Strong numeracy skills ability interpret budget Sound like you?
