About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for using specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment, making a real impact in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Use specialist knowledge and skills to support clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services
* Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services
* Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client's progress toward their return-to-work goal
* Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
* A current Working with Children Check
* Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
