Estimator – Industrial | Commercial | Manufacturing

We’re looking for someone commercially sharp and technically confident, with experience across industrial facilities, commercial projects, or manufacturing environments. Someone who can break down drawings, understand how things are actually built, and price work that stacks up.

The role
* Prepare and submit tenders across industrial, commercial & manufacturing projects
* Interpret drawings, specifications, and scopes with a practical mindset
* Build accurate costings across labour, materials, and equipment
* Work closely with clients, suppliers & internal teams to define scope
* Identify risks, challenge assumptions, and strengthen submissions
* Manage enquiries and keep projects moving through to submission
What you bring
* Proven estimating experience of 3-5 years in industrial, commercial, or manufacturing environments
* Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specs
* Commercial awareness - knowing what wins work and what doesn’t
* Fast, accurate, and confident under pressure
* Clear communicator who can deal with stakeholders at all levels
