The role
Sitting within our Finance function and reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a full time, Perth based role covering payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and financial administration. But it's more than transactional processing. As Arafura introduces new systems and automates routine tasks, you'll increasingly focus on business partnering, engaging suppliers and internal stakeholders, and contributing to how we improve and streamline the way we work. There is genuine scope for this role to grow with the business and the person in it.

* Accounts payable and receivable: supplier invoices, payment runs, ledger reconciliations, vendor management, credit card processing, and the PO register
* Month end support, including bank and balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and audit ready financial records
* Active contribution to the UAT and go live of Redmap, and the future integration with Pronto
What you bring
* Experience in an accounts, payroll, or finance administration role, whether in industry, professional services, or a similar environment

* Experience with Pronto, or a strong desire to work in a Pronto environment
* High accuracy and attention to detail, solid Excel skills, and confidence engaging with suppliers and internal stakeholders
* A proactive, willing to learn approach, comfortable in a changing environment and keen to take on more as the business grows
* Discretion and integrity in handling confidential employee and financial information
Desirable: experience or study in accounting or business; exposure to a publicly listed, resources, or project based environment; and a genuine interest in growing with the business over time.
What we offer
* The chance to help build Australia's first integrated rare earths processing facility at a defining moment in its history
* A team that backs you to do meaningful work and grow with the business
* Work Life Plans that empower you to decide how and where you deliver, plus an equity plan
