About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining payroll functions with a strong focus on compliance with relevant legislation and industrial instruments.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and process payroll functions in accordance with relevant legislation and industrial instruments.
* Provide professional advice and support on employee-related matters.
* Engage with staff at all levels to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
* Demonstrated recent experience in payroll, finance, accounting or related industry.
* Demonstrated sound knowledge and understanding of legislation relating to PAYG tax and superannuation and Awards.
* Proven application of strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks with the ability to work accurately under conflicting time pressures to meet deadlines.
