Requirements
1. Willingness to call existing clients daily to secure new orders.
2. Proactive management of client orders and follow-ups.
3. Accurate entry of leads and detailed notes into the CRM.
4. Setting reminders and follow-ups as needed.
5. Scheduling and tracking orders, managing freight and delivery, and updating clients.
6. Providing courteous face-to-face and phone support.
7. Timely follow-up on client queries to meet or exceed customer needs.
8. Maintaining professional relationships aligned with company values.
9. Establishing effective teamwork across departments.
10. No university degree required; common sense is sufficient.
