NOVA Group NT is expanding their services and is looking for a skilled Stonemason or Cabinet Maker to join our team. If you have experience in the building industry and want to work with a company that values quality craftsmanship and innovation, this could be the role for you.
At NOVA Group NT, you'll have the opportunity to combine stonemasonry, cabinet making, and building maintenance, working across a variety of client sites to deliver top-tier results.

As we expand our services, we're looking for dedicated tradesmen who share our passion for excellence.
What We're Looking For:
* 3+ years experience in the building industry, ideally in the leadership role or within a stone fabrication environment.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Ability to work independently and within a team, even unsupervised.
* Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
* Eager to lean.
Your Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to ensure project specifications are met.
* Supervise the factory and team to coordinate the fabrication of stone and assembly of cabinets.
* Operate stone and woodworking machinery and hand tools (training provided).
* Implement strategies to improve efficiency and workflow.
What You'll Need:
* Trade certificate (desirable, but not essential).
* White card (or ability to obtain).
* Current driver's license.
* Forklift license (or ability to obtain).
