Job Description Oversee and manage waste administration processes, ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and update records and databases related to waste management services.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and reporting.
Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting for waste management activities.
Respond to enquiries from stakeholders and provide accurate information promptly.
Support the team with general administrative tasks as required.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their implementation.
The Successful Applicant A successful Waste Administration Finance Officer should have: Previous experience in administration and financial support, ideally within the public sector.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
