Project-Based Capital Raising Associate (International Opportunity)
NOUORD economic system, is currently structuring an international capital raising process for a high-level client in the energy infrastructure sector, with an investment requirement of approximately €15 million.
We are assembling a select group of experienced associates with access to private investors, family offices, investment funds, or institutional capital interested in participating in this opportunity.
This mandate is being developed for a strategically important client, and successful collaboration in this process may lead to future participation in additional investment mandates and capital raising opportunities managed by our firm.
This is a project-based engagement with compensation structured through success fees linked to capital introduced and successfully invested in the transaction.
Ideal Profile
* Experience in capital raising, private equity, investment banking, or financial advisory
* Active network of investors, family offices, or private capital sources
* Ability to originate investment opportunities and facilitate introductions
* Professional approach to confidential financial processes
Role in the Project
* Identify and introduce potential investors aligned with the opportunity
* Coordinate initial discussions with the financial structuring team
* Support the capital raising process through to transaction closing
Selected candidates will be required to execute confidentiality and professional collaboration agreements before receiving detailed information about the opportunity.
