About The Role
Join our team as an OOSH Assistant Coordinator, supporting the leadership and daily operations of our Out of School Hours Care service. This role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining smooth service delivery. You will also step into the Coordinator role when needed, making a meaningful impact on our community.

Essential Criteria
* Diploma or Degree qualification in Early Childhood (as listed on the approved qualification list by ACECQA) OR minimum Certificate III working towards a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent (evidence required)
* Experience in administrative procedures, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training, team leadership, and staff management
* Understanding of WHS legislation
* Knowledge of Child Care Subsidy (CCS) system and software application for compliance
* Willingness to support the Christian life of the school
Desirable
* 3 years' experience as a Nominated Supervisor in an Out of School Hours Care/Vacation Care Service or at least 5 years in a leadership role within Out of School Care
Additional Requirements
* HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting & CPR certificate
* NSW Working with Children Check and National Criminal History Check
