About the Role
Seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join a growing, project-based organisation in Perth. This role plays a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting business performance, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and analyse monthly financial and management reports
* Manage cash flow forecasting and budget variance analysis
* Complete balance sheet reconciliations and monthly journals
* Oversee tax obligations (BAS, GST, PAYG, FBT)
* Support external audits and statutory reporting
* Maintain work-in-progress tracking and cost of revenue reporting
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Experience & Qualifications
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* CPA/CA qualified or working towards
* 5+ years' experience in a similar role
Required Skills
* Experience with various accounting packages.
* Up to date knowledge of taxation legislation and statutory requirements.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Good time management and organisational skills.
