Reporting into the Head of Finance of this attractive and high growth global business, this role is newly created role due to sustained growth and expansion.**We're looking for someone to take the lead on our clients' global tax function, shaping how they manage compliance and strategy across the countries they operate in. In this role, you'll have a real impact—helping them navigate international tax, intercompany structures, and future expansion plans. You'll partner closely with their Senior Finance team and trusted external advisors to keep them compliant while making sure they're set up for success as they continue to grow.
* Manage international tax compliance across multiple regions, covering corporate, indirect, and withholding taxes.
* Maintain a strong tax governance framework to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
* Develop and implement transfer pricing and intercompany funding strategies aligned with global standards.
* Advise on tax implications for new markets, product launches, and cross-border transactions.
* Collaborate with Treasury and finance teams on forecasting, cash flow, and related obligations.
* Liaise with external advisors, regulators, and auditors on filings and planning.
* Monitor regulatory changes and provide insights on risks and opportunities to leadership.
About you
* Experienced corporate tax professional, ideally with a chartered background (Big 4 or large mid-tier)
* Background working in a high growth or established organisation, with exposure to international markets
* Strong understanding of international corporate tax, transfer pricing and indirect tax
* Desired that the candidate comes from a business that's been through change and growth (perhaps pre-IPO or significant transactions) - or a large established group with best practice in place.
