As a General Manager, you will be responsible for managing our client's business activities in Australia.
**Duties**:
- Market our client's varied products, aligned with business (Aesthetics)
- Grow the enterprise and expand new markets
- Manage local teams (Sales & Marketing, Customer Services, and back-office)
- Interact closely with customers, influential key opinion leaders, doctors, industry executives and other relevant functions, to achieve short-term targets, and proactively plan for future growth
- Plan a very active role in the field: solidify existing relationships, foster new relationships, and establish bridges that secure long-term trust in the client's brand equity
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities, in coordination and conjunction with the Asia President and Corporate Business Unit leaders
- Occasionally international travel
**Requirement**:
- Strong business sense and rich experiences in the Aesthetics Medical Device field is a must.
- 10+ years' experience in managing a Sales & Marketing function
- The ability to manage multiple, and sometimes competing, priorities
- Strong leadership, management, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
- Integrity and entrepreneur spirit
