Founded in 2004, Total Harvesting is a locally owned and operated business with operation centres in Albany, Bunbury, Yornup and Esperance. We log, chip and haul Bluegum and pine products under various contracts in W.A.

Skilled operators have the ability to earn between $85,000 and $130,000k per annum, plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
What you will be doing:
Total Harvesting Pty Ltd are seeking a number of Full-Time Plant Operators to join our team in Esperance.
We maintain a fleet of production and haulage vehicles, and pride ourselves on the standards we achieve. The roles on offer are within a relatively unsupervised small team position, operating in a high-volume contracting environment.
Roles on offer include:
* Skidder Operators
* Buncher Operators
* Chipper Operators
Essential Attributes:
* Experienced operator of forestry equipment, specifically Bunchers, Skidders and Chippers preferred.
* Experience working to targets and maintaining an optimal autonomous work ethic.
* Ability to work within a small team and also unsupervised.
* Ability to undertake basic mechanical repairs including hydraulic hoses and greasing.
* Adherence to company policies and procedures.
Additional Requirements
* Detailed history of prior operations experience, with a minimum of 2 years' experience within the specific role.
* Ability to undertake a full medical prior to employment.
* Pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing will apply.
