Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager located in Blacktown, NSW. The Senior Project Manager will oversee and lead the planning, execution, and completion of projects within schedule and budget constraints. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with team members, overseeing inspections and expediting processes, and ensuring all logistics and operations align with project goals. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Project Management, with the ability to plan and oversee end-to-end project lifecycles
* Experience with Expediting processes and acting as an Expeditor to ensure timely progress of deliverables
* Proficiency in Inspection and Quality Assurance to meet project specifications and standards
* Demonstrated skills in Logistics Management to coordinate resources and manage project supply chains efficiently
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment and liaise with diverse stakeholders
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
* Previous experience in real estate or construction projects is a strong advantage
