* Work closely with the state and regional management team to lead the unparalleled store experience.
* E nsure smooth and efficient store operations that underpin a seamless customer experience.
About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have extensive leadership experience managing a small/large format retail environment where they inspire, coach and train large teams.
* A minimum of 1 year directly, or indirectly, managing a team in a retail environment for all roles below a Store Manager.
* A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for customers to create moments.
* Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development.
* A make-it-happen mindset with a proven ability to develop strong relationships.
* Genuine care for people, always striving to create the best possible team member experience.
* An ability to think big and long-term, and drive change through influencing others.
