Your new role
You will report to the Executive Director, Products & Projects.
Responsibilities:
Hands-on PMO setup to establish project management procedures and process templates. Support project leads and sector teams to ensure projects run smoothly and adhere to scope, budget and timelines. Monitor and oversee the suite of SaCSA projects to balance resource needs, identify potential bottlenecks and barriers and deliver on effective project oversight.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in managing the development of a PMO function within a past-faced environment, which may have included aspects of Project Management, Product Management & Relationship/Stakeholder Management.Experience coordinating projects and resources within a highly regulated and/or not-for-profit organisation which may have aspects of any of the following: Training/Assessment, product/project design and stakeholder management within Arts, Retail, Hospitality, Tourism & Personal Services.Experience in a similar role within a small to mid-sized organisation.Relevant Qualification, supplemented with competencies and courses in Project Management.
