Administration/Payroll Assistant Monday – Friday (6am start) Potential for Full time for the right candidate Immediate start To provide the Logistics Function with the best administration support to enable them to be an effective, efficient and customer focused team.
The Logistics Admin team provide support for the interests of the Grocery, Perishables and ALM Logistics Operations.
Job Description: · Ensure that the Payroll requirements for the site are completed efficiently and effectively and to the highest quality on time and with minimal errors.
· Effectively manage the non-trade procurement, Freight Invoicing and direct expenses through our Concur system.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation company standards (including OH S and HR) for self and immediate team · Monitor payroll information using key systems to provide timely and accurate payment and response to queries · Working across multiple Enterprise Agreements and pay rules.
· Working with the administration team supporting over 700 employees, maintaining employee files and payroll requirements Experiences you've had that will help you succeed: · Extensive knowledge of payroll processes and systems – Including Kronos · Excellent communication skills · Experience working in roles that require a high attention to detail; quality control experience · Strong knowledge of MS Office including an understanding of Microsoft Excel intermediate to advanced and other computer systems · General knowledge of work, health and safety · Experience and passion in process improvement to achieve efficiency What you'll bring: Attributes, knowledge, including technical knowledge and qualifications · Experience working to deadlines, time management, planning and organising work for yourself and others · Analyse issues and solve problems · Experience developing collaborative relationships with team members, stakeholders, customers, cross functional teams · Encourage commitment · Relate well to others · Select and develop · Readily adapt · Accountability · Teamwork · Continuous improvement · Think Customer
