Piggyback is a local gem nestled in Palmwoods, delivering bold Asian fusion flavours in a relaxed, modern setting. We pride ourselves on a fun, fast-paced atmosphere and great food. We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Kitchen Hand to support our kitchen team and help us keep the good food flowing.
What we’re looking for:
A reliable, efficient kitchen hand with a strong work ethic
Someone who can handle basic kitchen prep with confidence and consistency
Clean, organised and proactive – you take pride in a tidy workbench
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Availability across weekdays and weekends (flexible roster options)
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepping fresh ingredients to recipe and portion standards
* Supporting chefs during service periods
* Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Following food safety guidelines at all times
