Clinical Lead
The Clinical Lead is a key leadership position within the organisation, overseeing the coordination and delivery of clinical services. This role ensures efficient, effective, safe, and high-quality service delivery consistent with best practice guidelines.
* Provide support and guidance to the multidisciplinary team
* Coordinate clinical reviews and actively support management of referrals and demand management strategies
This position requires strong leadership skills to manage and develop a small caseload, ensuring day-to-day clinical work meets the needs of young people and their families.
We are seeking someone with:
* Current full registration as a clinical psychologist, registered psychologist, mental health nurse, or occupational therapist (accredited with OTA in mental health), or accreditation with AASW as a mental health social worker (or working towards)
* Advanced clinical skills including clinical triage, assessment, and delivery of evidence-based therapies for young people at risk
* Experience in continuous quality improvement and development of effective clinical processes contributing to clinical governance
* Demonstrated leadership skills in clinical supervision and clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary team
