Strong understanding of automotive repairs and maintenance, including safety protocols. Time management and prioritisation skills to efficiently handle tasks and responsibilities. Excellent organisational skills for smooth workflow and operational effectiveness. Outstanding people skills, including personal rapport-building abilities with both customers and colleagues.
