Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Receivable Clerk role located in Derrimut, VIC. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for managing full function A /R including processing payments, reconciling accounts, chasing arrears and processing of credit applications. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring customer accounts, responding to inquiries, maintaining financial records, and collaborating with team members to ensure accurate and timely transactions. The role involves ensuring compliance with company policies and providing consistent support for financial processes.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles and practices
* Strong Analytical Skills to identify discrepancies and support financial decision-making
* Experience with Invoicing and handling payment processes
* Excellent Communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
* Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records
* Proficiency with accounting software and tools such as Excel
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
