The Role
This hands-on Assistant Property Manager position involves learning and progressing in all areas of property management. With time and experience, you can transition into managing a small portfolio of your own properties.
* Support a pod of 3 experienced Property Managers.
* Mix of in-office and on-the-road duties including home opens, leasing, routine inspections, maintenance management, administration, contract preparation, phone calls, emails, and customer service.
* Manage a well-established portfolio of long-term owners and tenants.
The Successful Candidate
* A Real Estate Registration or currently completing one, plus relevant Real Estate/PM experience is essential.
* A confident and friendly personality.
* A strong 'can-do' attitude with high initiative and a sense of humour.
* Intermediate computing skills and exceptional attention to detail.
* Able to work effectively as part of a team.
