Educator – Busy Bees at Bentley Park Bentley Park, QLD | Licensed Capacity: 140 | $29.57 – $36.41 per hour Busy Bees at Bentley Park is a vibrant early learning service located in Bentley Park, Queensland, licensed for 140 children and designed to provide nurturing, engaging learning environments for children aged 6 weeks to school age. We are looking for a Full-Time Educator who is passionate about early childhood education and ready to join a supportive and collaborative team dedicated to giving children the best start in life. About the Role As an Educator at Busy Bees at Bentley Park, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development while working alongside a team of experienced professionals. Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering engaging learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
* Supporting children’s development through play-based learning
* Building strong relationships with children, families, and team members
* Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
* Contributing to observations, documentation, and learning programs
* Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies
This is a full-time position, with an hourly rate ranging from $29.57 to $36.41, depending on qualifications and experience. What You’ll Need
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
* A current Working With Children Check (QLD Blue Card)
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
