What you'll be doing
* Greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls efficiently
* Providing administrative support such as managing schedules, booking appointments and processing paperwork
* Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
* Assisting with various ad-hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a similar customer service or receptionist role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Proficiency in using standard office software and equipment
