The Opportunity
As a Business Transformation consultant at EY, you will help organisations deliver successful outcomes through large, complex transformation projects, unlocking operational efficiencies and driving growth. You should be a motivated self-starter and a strong team player who thinks strategically and is also willing to get hands-on with the work.
Responsibilities
* Assist clients with successful delivery of business transformation projects across areas such as:
o Strategic cost reduction and operational efficiency
o Process optimisation and ways of working
o Operating model design and implementation
o Growth strategy
o Digital transformation
* Deliver complex transformation programs spanning the entire lifecycle—from strategy through design to implementation
* Contribute to business development and account management activities such as pursuits, proposals, and managing key relationships
Skills and Attributes for Success
To be considered for this role you must have hands-on experience in delivering projects or programs involving business and/or technology transformation, preferably within the financial services environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn are essential. Previous management consulting experience (Big 4 or boutique) is highly desirable.

* Strong understanding of business operations, sales, service and marketing transformation, with the ability to leverage insights for strategic decisions
* Good communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to stakeholders
