About The Role
An exciting and rewarding opportunity for someone who wants to give back to the community and be empowered to achieve their best within a supportive and friendly team. We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our dynamic National Direct (NDT) team. The office-based position (East Bentleigh) Scheduler is responsible for front‐end administration tasks and to support the timely and cost‐effective scheduling of site attendance bookings for our National Direct team of internal and external partner contractor restoration technicians. The role works closely with technician subcontractors and project coordinators, reporting to the Linx Operations Manager.
The Scheduler will provide a high standard of quality service to both customers and clients by engaging trades, preparing reports and scopes, managing budgets and time frames to ensure delivery within client set KPIs.
Key Activities
* Initial contact with customer and triage of new job allocations
* Project coordination of small‐to‐medium repairs
* Schedule trades, technicians, and specialists
* Timely and cost‐effective national scheduling of internal and partner contractor restoration workforce
* Understanding the restoration and building repair process, critical inspection points, and WHS requirements
* Cost management through claim life and handling of trade invoices
* Focus on KPIs and client agreements
* Collate photos and documents for reports and quotations
* Effectively liaise with stakeholders
