About the Role
As an Legal Administration Assistant, you will be a customer service superstar and play a key role in supporting our dynamic, friendly and inclusive professional team in Adelaide. You will work closely with our Legal Assistants and Solicitors to provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
* Attending to in-bound calls and general reception duties.
* Assisting with the preparation of documents and forms.
* Managing all in office duties including procurement of stationery and pantry items, postage and delivery service.
* Electronic and manual filing.
* Undertaking data entry.
* Performing other administrative tasks as requested.
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in an administration or customer service role (office preferable).
* Be proactive and conscientious.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Proficiency legal research databases (desired but not essential).
