About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Agricultural Supplies Salesperson to join the energetic team at Total Rural Supplies' location in Toowoomba, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in providing exceptional customer service and product expertise to our valued agricultural clients.
What you'll be doing
Delivering outstanding customer service and product knowledge to farmers and rural businesses
Assisting customers with product selection, orders, and any other inquiries
Maintaining accurate stock records and supporting inventory management
Driving sales of agricultural products and equipment to meet and exceed targets
Fostering strong relationships with both new and existing customers
Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective operations
Some stock procurement.
Loading and unloading of trucks and customer vehicles
assisting picking and packing of orders will require you to be physically fit and capable of lifting product up to 30Kg.
What we're looking for
Demonstrated experience in a sales or customer service role within the agricultural industry
Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide expert advice to customers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
A passion for the agricultural industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
And energetic person to keep up with the fast paced nature of the business.
