THE OPPORTUNITY
Love golf and customer service? Join the team at Canberra International Golf Centre, Canberra's home of golf and leisure. With a 64-bay Driving Range, 18-hole Mini Golf course, 18-hole Pitch & Putt, and a fully stocked Retail Golf Store, we're looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Attendants to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests.
In this role, you'll be working across all areas of the Centre, with a strong focus on our Retail Golf Store/Pro Shop. You'll:
Assist customers with purchases, fittings, and product knowledge in the Retail Golf Store.
Be trained in golf club fitting and help golfers find the right equipment for their game.
Operate POS systems and handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide friendly, professional service across the Driving Range, Pitch & Putt, and Mini Golf.
Keep work areas clean, organised, and welcoming for guests.
Support day-to-day operations including opening/closing duties
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for people who are:
Experienced in customer service, ideally in retail, sport, hospitality, or leisure.
Confident communicators with a positive, proactive attitude.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Willing to learn new skills, including club fitting and golf retail expertise.
Passionate about golf (or keen to learn) and delivering memorable guest experiences.
