Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating support for all stages of the recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to final offer and onboarding
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
* Utilizing various recruitment channels and strategies to attract top talent and meet business objectives
* Providing guidance and support to junior recruitment team members as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in mechanical recruitment, preferably within the mining services industry
* Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and deadlines
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
