Job Title: Mobile Equipment Technician
Cummins is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join their team in Toowoomba, QLD.
The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and completing repairs to engines at customer sites, working in various market segments including automotive, mining, industrial and agriculture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage customers in a professional manner and ensure prompt attention to their needs.
* Apply specialized tools and follow documented procedures to diagnose and complete repairs.
* Perform preventative maintenance activities as scheduled and maintain service vehicles and tools.
* Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors or more experienced technicians.
Requirements:
* Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Cert III) or equivalent qualification.
* Basic level of workshop or field service experience required.
* Heavy Vehicle Experience preferred.
* Mining Experience preferred.
