Your role will be diverse, from delivering luggage to guest rooms and parking or retrieving vehicles, to offering insights on local attractions and events to our guests.A few of your responsibilitiesTransport and store luggage as required by guestsEnsure efficient and courteous handling of all guest arrivals and departuresEnsure all guest enquiries and requests are handled professionallyEnsure current familiarity with hotel, including guest rooms, restaurants, bars, convention, and casinoPark and collect guest / patrons’ vehicles promptly and without damageComplete all valet dockets clearly and correctlyAssist Doorman as requiredWhat we will be looking forPrior experience in a similar capacityValid driver's licenceExceptional presentation and communication skillsAffinity for the Brisbane area, including knowledge of the local community and its surroundingsStrong organizational skills for coordinating guest requests and tasksAbility to work seamlessly within a team environmentAbout YouWe are seeking dedicated individuals who have a sincere appreciation to deliver exceptional customer service.
