The Position To provide concreting and laboring assistance with construction works to ensure cost effective and timely completion of construction and maintenance programs to the required standard. Qualifications & experience Certificate III in Civil Construction, and/or extensive relevant experience Class C (standard) Driver's Licence (compulsory to have & maintain) Construction Induction Card Relevant experience working in a civil construction and maintenance environment Tasks & responsibilities Undertake boxing, forming, placing and finishing concrete. Undertake set-up and kerb & gutter extrusion Assist with pipe and culvert laying. Undertake general labouring duties on construction sites. Fixing and tying steel reinforcement. Constructing and building formwork. Hours Based on a 38 hour week, with actual days and times being Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 4.00pm, with an RDO in accordance with AlburyCity's RDO guidelines. These times may vary due to operational requirements and will be determined by the supervisor.
