As part of their continued growth in the region, we are partnering exclusively with them to identify a capable and experienced HR Manager to lead their human capital strategy and operations in Australia.This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on HR professional to join a dynamic organization and drive the full spectrum of HR functions across business units in Australia.Key Responsibilities:Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Review, implement, and localize HR policies in compliance with Australian employment law.Manage compensation and benefits frameworks to ensure competitiveness and compliance.Drive employee engagement, culture building, and talent development initiatives.Lead internal communications and change management efforts to support organizational goals.Act as a trusted advisor to managers on workforce planning, coaching, and conflict resolution.Maintain accurate HR data and reports through HRIS and other platforms.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.Minimum 7 years of HR experience.Solid understanding of Australian employment law and HR compliance.Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional or matrix environment.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Experience within the hospitality industry with knowledge of HIGA will be a plus.Additional Details:Seniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Human Resources
