Reporting to the Manager – Private Billing, this role is key to ensuring accurate billing, revenue optimisation, and timely debt recovery.
Key Responsibilities
* Raise private and compensable patient accounts.
* Follow up outstanding invoices and short payments
* Liaise with internal or external stakeholders
* Perform reconciliation
Skills & Experience
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Experience in revenue, billing, or transactional services
* Experience in administration/customer service within health environment
