MJA Business Solutions is looking for a detail-orientated Administration Assistant to support the Practice Manager, Accounting Staff, and Proprietor
This is a great opportunity to build experience, with the key responsibilities of the ole including:
* Maintaining a client relationship management system and electronic document management system
* Maintaining ASIC compliance and lodging corporate secretarial documents
* Attend to entity set ups, GST and ABN registrations, etc
* Co-ordinating the compliance for Self-Managed Superannuation Funds
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed
Essentials
Previous customer service experience
Excellent organisation skills – of self and others
Proficient with Office 365, Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
Excellent communication skills – written & verbal
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated high level planning and organisational skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to self-manage and prioritise tasks
Show continual improvement and initiative
Desirable
Administrative experience
Some accounting, financial planning and basic business knowledge
Experience with XPM (Xero Practice Manager)
Experience with Now Infinity and/or ASIC
Experience with entity set ups, GST and ABN registrations, etc
Knowledge of Business Activity Statements, Instalment Activity Statements and other ATO lodgement obligations
