Job responsibilities
You will work closely with the Director of Pharmacy to deliver pharmacy services to inpatients and various organisational departments.
* You must be registered as a pharmacist with AHPRA.
* A member of Advanced Pharmacy Australia (AdPha) or international equivalent is required.
* A minimum of 4 years post-registration hospital pharmacy experience is essential.
* Postgraduate studies in Clinical Pharmacy or an equivalent qualification are necessary.
* Credentialed in Partnered Pharmacist Medication Charting (PPMC) is preferred.
