We're looking for a bubbly, confident, and creative all-rounder to join Bestwick as our Marketing Coordinator & Receptionist.
This is not your typical reception role – and it's not a behind-the-scenes marketing job either.

About the Role
This role blends front-of-house professionalism with high-energy digital marketing execution.
You'll be based in our head office, welcoming clients and managing enquiries, while also owning the company's social media content & marketing content, while helping generate real leads for our current & growing Sales, Rentals, and Media teams.
You'll be trusted to work independently, take initiative, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

What You'll Be Doing
Reception & Client Experience
* Be the friendly, professional initial face of Bestwick
* Greet clients, answer phones, and manage walk-in enquiries
* Respond to email and social media enquiries
* Direct leads and enquiries to the right team & ensure our clients get 5 star service.
Marketing & Social Media
* Create and post daily content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn & more
* Film short-form videos, reels, stories, and behind-the-scenes content
* Engage with followers, reply to comments & DMs
* Turn online interactions into real leads
* Organise marketing material for agents and teams, both current and future teams
* Work with staff across all our locations to gather content, in both current and future cities
Lead Generation
* Capture and qualify digital leads
* Log and distribute leads to Sales, Rentals & Media departments
* Track what content is working and help improve results

Who We're Looking For

* Have strong communication and organisation skills
* Can work independently and get things done

Marketing or real estate experience is great – but attitude, energy, and initiative matter more.
