About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Head of Brand & Campaigns to join our Melbourne team and take ownership of brand strategy and campaign delivery across our client portfolio. This is a hands‐on leadership role that sits at the intersection of creative thinking and strategic execution.
You'll work directly with clients to develop brand strategies and campaigns that connect, convert, and create lasting impact. This is not a behind‐the‐scenes role; you'll be front and centre, building relationships with clients and collaborating with a cross‐functional team of digital specialists.
What You'll Do
Brand Strategy & Client Campaigns
* Lead brand strategy development for clients across a range of industries, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact
* Develop and deliver integrated campaign strategies across digital channels including social, search, display, email, and web
* Bring creative ideas to the table and translate them into actionable campaign plans with clear timelines and deliverables
* Manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously, keeping projects on track and stakeholders informed
Digital & Creative Execution
* Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of digital platforms, websites, and online marketing ecosystems
* Oversee creative direction and ensure brand assets and campaign materials are on‐brief and on‐brand
* Work with internal teams including design, content, SEO, and paid media to deliver integrated results
* Stay ahead of digital trends and proactively recommend new approaches to campaign strategy
Client Relationships & Collaboration
* Be the strategic lead and primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
* Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through clear communication and consistent delivery
* Present strategies, creative concepts, and campaign results with confidence
* Partner with colleagues across the agency to deliver cohesive, high‐quality work
What We Are Looking For
* Minimum 5 years of experience in brand strategy, campaign management, or a similar role; agency experience strongly preferred
* Proven track record of developing and delivering successful brand and campaign strategies for clients
* Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape: websites, social platforms, paid media, content, and more
* Creative thinker who can generate ideas quickly and execute them to a high standard
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast‐paced environment
* Strong communicator who thrives in client‐facing situations and collaborative team settings
* Energetic, proactive, and genuinely enthusiastic about being part of a growing agency
* A commercial mindset with the ability to link brand and campaign work to real business outcomes
