The successful candidate will guide and mentor teams across schools and the system office, ensuring stewardship, compliance, and innovation underpin every decision.
Main Responsibilities
1. Partner with the Executive Director and Leadership Team to deliver financial, governance, technology, and infrastructure strategies aligned with the diocese's mission.
2. Lead and mentor teams across Finance, Governance, IT, and Capital Works to deliver collaborative, high-performing outcomes.
3. Support the Executive Director in meeting their financial reporting obligations to governance bodies.
4. Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting to ensure transparent, responsible, and sustainable management of resources.
5. Provide leadership in risk management, governance, compliance, and audit.
6. Direct the development and delivery of capital works and facilities plans.
7. Champion digital transformation through a robust, secure, and future-focused IT strategy.
8. Represent the diocese in external forums and government consultations.
