**Your new role**:
Employed on a 6-month fixed term contract, your role of a Medical Claims Assessor is to assess and enter health insurance claims and ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent service delivery in accordance with published rules, agreed service standards and benefit levels.
This position requirement is to be based in the head office (Brisbane) fulltime for training and will lead to a versatile work from home arrangement.
**Key responsibilities and accountabilities will include**:
- Meet individual and team service standards for all BUPA Medical Claims Team requirements
- Assess all transactions accurately with a high level of quality
- Exceed the customers' expectations by providing a high level of customer service via telephone, web and letter
- Accountable for personal and team compliance with internal policies, procedures, and codes and all applicable external laws, regulations, standards and industry codes
- Actively participate as a team player to strive towards the overall performance of the Medical Claims Team

- Well-developed PC and keyboard skills
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data while having a high confidence in Numeracy
